Good/Bad additions to established Hit TV shows

Just wanted to see some of your thoughts on actors who you thought were either good or bad additions to already established hit TV shows.

Here's some that I can think of off the top of my head:

Good:

Paget Brewster - Criminal Minds

Ted Danson - CSI

Elisabeth Shue - CSI

Shakira - The Voice

Usher - The Voice

Michael B. Jordan - Friday Night Lights

Sarah Shahi - Person of Interest

Amy Acker - Person of Interest

Alan Cumming - The Good Wife

Emily Bett Rickards -- Arrow (from Guest star to fulltime cast member)

Marisa Ramirez - Blue Bloods

Bob Odenkirk - Breaking Bad

Rhona Mitra -- Strike Back

Lucy Liu - Southland

Mary McDonnell - The Closer

Cote de Pablo - NCIS

Lauren Cohan - The Walking Dead

Odette Annable - House

Coby Bell - Burn Notice

Annie Wersching - 24

Noah Bean - Nikita

John Stamos - Necessary Roughness

Jimmy Smits - Sons of Anarchy

Bad:

Jeanne Tripplehorn - Criminal Minds

Rachel Nichols - Criminal Minds

James Spader - The Office

Megan Mullally - Breaking In. Horrible addition. Killed the show.

Indira Varma - Human Target

Jennifer Coolidge - 2 Broke Girls

Lauren German - Hawaii Five-O

Charlene Yi - House

Olivia Wilde - House (Like her, but 13 wasn't really developed that well)

Kal Penn - House

Vanessa Williams - Desperate Housewives (love her, but didn't like her character)

Nicki Minaj - American Idol

Ellen DeGeneres - American Idol

Mariah Carey - American Idol

Steven Tyler - American Idol

Michelle Rodriguez - Lost

Katee Sackhoff - 24

Catherine Tate - The Office
