Well, nothing really happened this week skitter and mech-wise. Pretty quiet on that end.

Sucked what happened to the chick from Pope's crew who got impaled through the head. Geez, what a shitty way to die, especially in the middle of an alien invasion.

So Tom and the real President of the United States will probably got toe to toe on who has the power.

at Anne going crazy with the baby's behavior.

Decent episode, although I don't know why the others let President Mason risk his life in battle, and I could have done without the singing. Sorry to see what's-her-face die. She always reminded me of that badass Vasquez from Aliens.

Pope's complaints were irrational. Soldiers die in wars. That's not Tom's fault, and it's not as if Tom leads from the back.

The problem is that he really doesn't see himself as a soldier per se. And his complaints all stem from the alliance.

Interesting turn with the revelation that the real President is alive.

Before Tom asked his Chief of Staff or whatever she is to be the Veep, I thought she was the leading contender to be the mole. After that, I'm positive she is the mole.

I wonder if Tom will step aside so the real President can rule or will we have different governments battling each other like on Revolution.
