Red John ...... the most boring on-going plot line ever ......... it's been enough to make me stop watching any episode at the first mention of RJ.

My wife feels the same way and didn't watch. Tho I thought the episode was pretty decent. We should start a poll as to who we think Red John is. The wife says Lisbon. I think it's Patrick.

I stopped watching the series in case it ended prematurely on a cliffhanger (hate cliffhangers).
If it ends well, I'll buy up the DVDs. I'm glad things are heading in the right direction.

I loved the bradley whitford episode and that was a total waste of a guest appearance. Not only that but one of the questions was would Jane actually kill Red John if he saw him, now we know that answer was yes and so killing him will not be a shock this time around therefor he will just turn him in this go around. Also wasn't the point of the smiley face to be the first thing you see in a crime scene? If so why was it over the bed in this last episode? Shouldn't it have been on the wall opposite the door?
