Nikita -- "High-Value Target" -- 5/03/13

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Synopsis:

Seized from the wreckage of Division, the black box falls into the hands of a mutinous agent guided by Amanda (Melinda Clarke). Select leaks to sweeten the box's sale immediately put what's left of the team in peril from potential international buyers and the President. With no support staff, few leads, and clock ticking, arms dealer/reformed rogue Cyrus (guest star Isaiah Mustafa) returns to do right. With his help, Nikita, Michael (Shane West) and Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) stage a daring op at the tightly-secured G-20 economic summit to regain control of the box and everyone's future. Noah Bean, Dillon Casey, Aaron Stanford and Devon Sawa also star. Dan Sackheim directed the episode written by Michael Brandon Guercio (#320).

Episode 20 of 22

It's not 100% certain this will get renewed. It was reported that CW and WB are apparently haggling over episode count. My guess if this gets renewed, it will be for at most 13 episodes.

Really intense episode. Especially after the marines stormed into Division threatening to exterminate everybody. It totally raised the stakes of Nikita, Alex and Michael's mission to get the black box back.

It really does feel like the show is heading towards an end game this season. Now that the black box is destroyed and Division is officially off the books, the only thing left is Amanda.

I have to wonder if a potential season 4 will be about the team taking down Amanda once and for all. If that's the case, then I think a short season would work just fine.

I hope they get even a short final season. One of the best unwatched shows on television.

I did not even start watching until it was into season three, so I caught up in proper order and it is a very entertaining show. Not sure why I did not watch when it first started as it is the type of program I would watch. It should have more viewers.

Loved it when Ryan had the grenade in hand ready to use it.

Well part of the reason is it's on Friday nights when almost no one watches live TV. Also, it's on The CW which doesn't have alot of viewers. It's an action serial with 2 attractive female leads, which in an ideal world, would attract male viewers. However, The CW's reputation is that its shows are more geared towards young girls. Maybe that's another reason why alot of viewers never gave it the time of day until it got on DVD and Blu Ray.

It sucks that its always a bubble show. It's such an underrated show.
