Great episode. Hit all my nerd buttons. Loved the part where Sheldon was talking about cancelled shows and how Firefly followed with a movie, Buffy continued in comics and Heroes got worse with every season until we were glad it was gone

Season one is pretty good, I thought it was a decent introduction. I sort of went with the show on and off after that, and bailed early in season six. Anyway, I identify with Penny's lack of passion sometimes. I kind of identify with Sheldon's OCD a little too much too . As usual, what looked like actual character development immediately backpedaled, but Parsons was hilarious, as always. I'm really, really starting to feel sorry for Amy

Loved the line about Firefly, Buffy and Heroes. Also loved the line about not feeling sorry for the scifi channel since they should have known what they were in for when they made a channel for nerds. I remember the absolute outrage (okay, I shared it) when they aired Braveheart. . . . Of course, now there are all sorts shows that aren't even speculative on it, and it's got that ridiculous new spelling . . .

Loved this episode, although the Raj story was kind of boring. I agree that Amy/Sheldon was one of the funniest things, and maybe one of my favorite bits for the entire series. Chuckled at a lot of the things Leonard was passionate about, although I share Penny's attitude about stuff like Buffy.

Also liked the little bit about Harmony remotes, since I love my Harmony One.

I liked this episode, but the only thing Penny is passionate about is Leonard? Really? Did the writers forget about her love of shoes? Didn't she once obsess over a pair of shoes she couldn't afford? I remember her on her couch with the shoes on her feet and her feet in the air because she knew if they hit the floor she'd have to keep them. And didn't she try to create a shoe app with Sheldon?

I'm glad some folks enjoyed it, I can't say I did. This season has been bland to the extreme. The show seems to have run its course. Penny/Leonard are boring, nothing is happening, same old stuff. Raj's storyline could be interesting but is just a complete bore. Yes we know he lies to girls to try to impress them, it's been done to death. Sheldon/Amy was fine yesterday, but again, there's not much character development, did anyone expect Sheldon not to go back and do what he did? I'd like the writers to shake things up a bit.

Does anyone else think Penny finally came to a moment of clarity on her future with Leonard? Especially when she went over to Sheldon at the end. I think we're gonna get a proposal for the season finale.

Yea, it came across that way for me too. Initially I thought she was going to mention something about her career being her passion and therefore need to move forward with it - causing some sort of big change for her.

It was a funny episode, but it's obvious to me that they show really needs to end soon. Next season should be their last as I don't think they have anywhere to go for the most part. Howard/Bernie are set... and they're already dragging the Raj/lonely, Sheldon/Horny Amy, Leonard/Penny long enough.

It's a less interesting take on the Sheldon/Amy relationship. With the three strong female leads to compliment Leonard, Sheldon, and Howard, it's becoming more and more apparent that Raj is irrelevant. There's got to be something more interesting for this character to do than just have a girlfriend like the rest of them.

I've always thought they should go the "Lewis" route from the Drew Carey Show. Have him become the lab rat trying to cure his inability to talk to women.

I liked this one a lot. The opening line from Sheldon was pretty great especially the jab at Heroes. The story between Sheldon and Amy was pretty entertaining and I think we all feel a bit sorry for Amy at this point . Leonard and Penny had a pretty decent story too and I sometimes get that feeling around some of my friends that I'm more passionate about shows or movies or whatever too. Penny's moment of clarity did seem like a hint that maybe we'll see her propose sometime soon. Raj I agree with most people here about, he has his moments where he can still be pretty funny but it seems like they try too hard to make his character awkward sometimes and a lot of it recently just falls kind of flat.
