Supernatural -- "Pac-Man Fever" -- 4/24/13
Synopsis:
Concerned about the physical toll the second trial took on Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) benches his brother from hunting until he heals up. So, when geektastic hacker Charlie (guest star Felicia Day) stumbles upon a case and finds the boys, Dean decides it's time to teach Charlie how to be a hunter-in-training. While happy to see "her highness," the boys suspect Charlie is hiding something; a secret that could get her killed. Robert Singer directed the episode written by Robbie Thompson (#820).
Episode 20 of 23
Nice Felicia Day is back. I still miss her character from Eureka.

I watched it tonight for Felicia Day. I have seen exactly three episodes of the show and they are the three she was in. I keep telling myself I need to start with episode one of season one and do a marathon but I never do.

I really dug the last episode before this one but I'm just not a fan of any of the Felicia Day episodes.....she just doesn't fit the show (and yes, I know man of you disagree).
But even with that said......this season has been really good.

I thought Felicia was a bit better this time. Agreed that it's been a very good season and I just started watching since it was after Arrow.

Good episode title. I had forgotten about that silly novelty song from the '80s. Listening to it again, it's really not as bad a song as I thought it was back then...

I thought this was easily the best of the Felicia Day trilogy. We got some insight into her background and it had more emotional depth than most of what Supernatural usually dredges up.
The series has gotten back on track this season, after the disastrous and boring Dick Roman arc of last season.

Real life role-playing is harder than it looks!
I liked all the Felicia Day episodes, but this was the best of them. Delving back into her history was a good move.

Good episode. I also really liked the opening scene with Dean in some WWII era scene with dead bodies all over. That was a great "WTF?" opening that I was eager to find out in the episode how he ended up there.
And a great funny moment was when Dean tossed Sam the beer.
