I thought this was a great episode. Loved seeing Bobby again. I was confused about the end, though. Did Crowley really find Kevin or was he imagining it and then ran away?

It was also nice to see Bobby again, although it feels as if this will be the LAST time we ever see him given that he's in Heaven now. He was a great character.

I think he was imagining it and theres evidence of this. Do you remember how "Crowley" got in? He blew up the windows with the demon seals. Cut to Sam and Dean returning home and you can clearly see that the windows are fine with the demonic seals intact. The voices in Kevin's head just escalated to full-blown delusion causing him to run away to God knows where. Now the boys are missing a prophet, an Angel, and God's word (tablet). The Winchesters can never catch a break
It was also nice to see Bobby again, although it feels as if this will be the LAST time we ever see him given that he's in Heaven now. He was a great character.

I think some actors don't want to spend nine months a year in Vancouver, if they aren't made big financial offers to continue. Hour-long serial dramas that run a full season are grueling affairs on the lead actors. Most of the budget is going to keep Sam and Dean happy.

Great episode. The arc this season just seems to get better as it gets into the final stretch.
The pre-credit opening was one of the goriest openings I can remember ever seeing on the show (even if it was all just a hallucination). And I really liked the depiction of Hell as a grisly dungeon (although I was surprised that Crowley didn't have Bobby strapped down in a torture chamber).
If this is the last we see of Benny, I think he did get a good character arc in the show in returning to the world with Dean at the beginning of the season, and then finishing off some business he had, and finally - with no more reasons to stay here - going back to purgatory.
Yeah, the windows were possibly a giveaway that Kevin was hallucinating... however, I do wonder if Crowley could've somehow repaired or replaced the windows just so Sam and Dean would think Kevin ran away instead of being captured.
