What a fucking joke. And Scott Wilson isn't even in the opening credits?

The whole "That was an ambush" thing where everybody survived was a weird statement. But the Governor shooting them, man.
And now that reminds me of the stampede in King Kong with Andy Serkis saying "Four of us are dead!" Then what if Jack Black started shooting his crew from after the dinosaur stampede and ordered them to go back and locate Kong.

Definitely an anti-climactic finale. Not excited to hear governor may be a regular next season (haven't clicked the links yet). Also confused as to why they would bring all those people to the prison rather than stay at Woodbury.
If you thought the rolling down windows nitpick was good, I've got a new one for you :
It's called a KICKstand, Daryl, not a put-it-down-with-your-hand-stand.

It was nice to see Andrea was more concerned with talking to Milton that TRYING TO GET FREE. She's literally racing the clock, but only when he finally turned, she did she show any urgency to get the pliers to get the cuffs off. She deserved what she got. Stupid, Stupid Stupid.

What story-arc does the Governor have left? He has no village, he has two hench-men ... I just don't see what they can do with the character. Everybody knows he is batshit nuts now. I suppose every series needs a foil, but I just don't see what's left in that well.
And why the hell did they go back to the prison instead of moving into Woodbury?

The weak part of the episode was Laurie & Milton. I could hear the world applauding when she revealed her wound.
Everything Carl said & did made perfect sense. He told that kid in the wood several times to drop his gun, he didn't so he goes bye-bye. His rationale to Rick later was spot on as well. It's a new world, gotta do what's best for your group.
I wonder if everyone on the bus was thinking, "I had a beautiful home in Woodbury, and now I'm going to live in a fucked up prison. Yay, me!" I hope they thought to take some provisions.

I didn't hate this episode nearly as much as everyone else, which is surprising because I've really hated the majority of the last half of this season. But don't get me wrong, I still didn't like it.
On the other hand, I'm brutally disappointed that they're bringing the governor back as a series regular next season. WTF for? With how he was written, directed, and acted, he was over exposed in one season. Stretching him out for another is mind-numbingly stupid.

I thought it was okay. I'm also not going to burst a nut vein because The Governor is going to be a regular. I worry about some of you guys sometimes and hope you guys don't have constant heart attacks from all the stress.

Well hopefully they will realize people are tired of the gov and make his return a short one in the fall.

Thought it was fine. In the last thread I called that I didn't think it would be a housecleaning of the group. I don't need a bunch of dead characters to think a finale is good.
Curious to see what happens next.

Time for Kirkman to smack some sense into the writers and producers. After all the lines the Governor has crossed, it will be hard to bring him back for a whole season and not have the viewers rolling thier eyes. If they don't kill him and fast, this show risks going down the same path that ruined Heroes. This storyline needed closure and only a third of it was fulfilled with Andrea getting it. The season should have ended with the prison being abandoned and the Governor being assasinated.

On the subject of the Governor returning as a regular: That does not mean he will be around for the whole season, and the wording should obviously be ambiguous as to how long he'll be around. Plus David Morrissey will continue to receive the pay for a regular which would be well deserved due to his past performance, even if he is only in it for part of the season.
