It wasn't completely terrible, but was kind of lame for a season finale. Expected Andrea to die, but didn't really care. The Governor gunning down all those people was surprising, but that was about it.

The prison group should have gunned them down when they fled the prison. Sure, some would have stayed inside once they started shooting, but at least they would have kept them pinned there. Or started once the Gov exited...but as it was, they missed everybody!

Did no one actually get shot in that whole prison shoot out? I didn't think Judith was going to actually die, but if you're going to spend the whole season building up to a supposed war between Woodbury and the Prison, you would think something would happen rigiht?

But it was a massacre!!! Even though no one appeared to have been hit.

To all the naysayers who said Rick was "disconnected" to his supposed daughter, he gave her a kiss on the head, so he's not totally removed from her.

As season finales go, it was pretty weak, but it still ranks up there as one of the series' best episodes, IMO.
Rick is back to old Rick, Michonne actually emoted, Andrea finally bit it, Tyrese is now officially part of the group, Daryl was as bad ass as ever, and I loved Ernest Dickinson's direction.
Yes, the Andrea sequence was dragged out, but I think that had more to do with the producers respecting Holden than appeasing Andrea's seven fans.
LOVED the shot of Daryl, Tyrese and Rick outside the torture chamber, and loved Daryl pulling into the prison at the end at dusk with his Mexican serape trailing behind him...was like something out of a Leone film. (Yes, I'm a geek for Daryl.)

It was like an A-Team shootout, hundreds of rounds fired, no one gets hit.

It was like watching an episode of the A-Team...none of the Woodbury group gets shot or killed by Glenn and his girl.

LOL
Carl, the voice of reason.
Basically this episode just showcased the characters telling the viewers how stupid each of their characters were all season by not doing the most logical things in the moment.

I was expecting Rick's group to lock the attackers in the tombs/cellblock. Instead they set off firecrackers forcing them back out and shot two or three of them.

Only issue I have is that the Governor story should be over, he should be dead, maybe it will go a bit into season four. I am NOT a fan of death so it is great when main characters do NOT die.
I do find it odd how once she got free she was still bit...she always fought better then that before.
I cannot believe that one guy does not shot him, he is holding a gun right on him allows the governor to draw and shot him, idiot! One of the other two should have shot him for being completely insane.
