So yeah, this wasn't very good. Netflix is 2 for 3 (Lilyhammer and HoC).

I can't tell what to make of this so far. I'm three eps deep and while it seems interesting I'm not quite sure I really like it. Very odd.

I only have the finale left but I wanted to post some thoughts.
This show definitely starts off rough, seemingly dropping you in the middle of everything without much setup.
Once passed the first episode, it certainly got better. I've come to enjoy this a lot and am curious to see this mythology develop.
Definitely some gross moments, mainly centered around a exhumation and a jar and a worm, and I grew up on the Evil Dead and the like.
If you're early on, stick with it. First episode seems like a pointless mess, but gets its footing soon after.

I finished it last night and I'm confused.
Anyway, the ending seemed to have been tacked on. Meaning they wrapped it up, then there was more and the "more" was like "huh"?

Haha at your spoiler.
Are you talking about the bit after the credits?
Anyway, the finale was a crazy bloodbath, it just went nuts. I'll keep an eye out for season two, for sure.

I just think it should have ended after the killer was discovered. But I guess they were setting it up for another season?

What an epic pile of shit this series was. I could barely remember what happened from episode to episode. You have vampires, werewolves, unethical research facility and what an order of supernatural hunters? How did they manage to make this so boring? This could've been so much better than it was.

I guess not many here watched this and felt like talking about it.
I haven't had the time to start it.
Anyways, Netflix ordered a 2nd season today. 10 episodes.

Charles Eglee, who was a producer on The Walking Dead during season 1, was hired to work on the show.

I gave up after four episodes. What I saw was a mess, though it did flash some potential in spots. Still not enough to keep me watching.

I am almost done with watching the show and most of time it's a bore. It's inconsistent and pacing is terrible.

Only made it two or three episodes in the first season, and am surprised that it is coming back, since I didn't think the ratings were great either. It seems to be the least talked about Netflix series.

Apparently there are some younger folk that watch it. It's like that R rated show you weren't supposed to watch as a kid. It's terrible but whatever.

I caught this last year and thought it was very underwhelming. Famke Jannsen had a horrible accent. Later on, I was surprised to read that this cost around 45 million to make. Anyway, the acting for the most part wasn't very good.

I made it through the first few episodes. While the premise seemed promising, it just never grabbed me. I had been debating going back and finishing it up ... Seems like no love here though.

Yeah $45m is a little high for what they got out of it, I'm curious how much went into Famke and Roth's pockets. That's roughly $3.5m per episode.

I thought the first season started off promising, but fell off a cliff 1/2 way through. Not sure, but I somehow managed to make it through the season despite that. I'll check out the season 2 premiere for curiosity - up for debate if I'll stick around.

Seriously? They're going through with this?
I guess I'll watch just because I'm addicted to binge viewing series now. I hope they heard the complaints of viewers and fixed shit...

Season 1 was horrible and I honestly don't remember anything happening other than being extremely let down by the end, but season 2 is up now on netflix.

So no one is going to binge watch this over the next day or 2???
Guess this is the only Netflix show that nobody likes in this forum.

I don't understand how it got a season 2. This is a show that is pretty much universally unliked. I don't think I've seen anyone anywhere that actually liked season 1.
