Cool concept and a good episode so far.

Even if the "arms" are a little "iRobot"-like.

Coincidence that they got Robocop to play an ex-cop with robotic limbs?

Wouldn't Steve and Danny have jumped into the water after the bad guy drove into the ocean? Aren't they obligated to try to save him?

And how does a guy with one arm missing and the other a heavy piece of machinery manage to swim way and escape?

Only watched the intro so far, but why would a double amputee with robotic hands need to wear latex gloves?

I'm guessing so he could pass for normal while in public.

Was that gun rant in the original episode? If so kudos for redoing an episode that is socially relevant today.

Thought it was a fantastic episode overall.

No, I just watched the original on Netflix. In the original Steve and Danno go to a jewelry store for information about the engraving.

REALLY liked the directing and editing in this episode. Distinctly different from the more realistic car chase to the retro graphics at the front of the show. Hope to see more from him...

Yeah, too bad Danny was revealed to be a retard as well as a whiny midget.

I thought the team would get dim sum at Char Hung Sut at the end. The whole gun debate was a bit forced.

Oh man, I forgot about the gun store scene. The gun store owner and him ripping on Danno was the best part of the episode.

Once again, Danno + automatic weapon = hundreds of misses at the target.

Well, I just got around to this episode recently, but that gun store owner (in the screencap above) is Max Weinberg. Yes, of the E Street Band and the Max Weinberg 7.
