What "unaired episodes" from S1? Fox ordered 24 episodes, and all 24 episodes aired. I haven't seen any new episodes aired during S2 that had a "1" at the beginning of the production code (all have had a "2").

Last year they aired a bunch out of order. This year I believe episode 4 aired before episode 3. But, I do not recall any episodes that were shot last year airing during this season. You might be confused with Happy Endings and Dont Trust The B...

They are all season 2 episodes. Rfduncan has got his shows all mixed up. Probably thinking of Don't Trust the B (which FOX produces) which aired a bunch of season 1 episodes mixed in with season 2.
