Three years seems like kind of a long commitment to a streaming service. Granted I think it’s going to be worth it, but I think at most a year is what I’d commit to and see where it went from there.

Yeah 3 years is a long commitment, but Disney has so much in the pipeline for this service in the next 2-3 years. And it's only $47 per year for the first 3 years. That's really nothing.

Are you on the free D23 tier or are you paying the $99+ yearly fee? If it's the latter, well, you've already given Disney more money than if not. Not much of a deal there, as was previously mentioned a few posts back.

I guess I should of emphasized that as in "titular" character. That's cool shit right there.

Is it the hi resolution that makes this shot look like staged action figures?

That looks like an action figure playset.

Yes, it does. It looks like a picture from one of those facebook groups where people pose their Black Series figures in scenes and take pictures of them.

It looks so weird... everything looks like a miniature. The ground they're standing on, the background, the way the capes are fluttering, the way the fabric is creasing. Even the action looks posed and static. That is just completely fucking strange. That can't be actual actors, can it?

Oh, and from that picture, it looks like not-Boba Fett is fighting a couple of not-Bossks when he isn't hanging around with not-IG-88.

I think it's the flat lighting that makes it look like toys photographed in a light tent. The fabric on Mandy's pants is the only giveaway these aren't hunks of plastic made in China.

The ground/dirt looks artificial to me...that's my reason for thinking it looks like toys.

I want 1977 Star Wars back...

Saw it in the theater. Things were simpler then.

It's just a still photo of an out of context picture. It is what it is. No different than a still photo from any other TV show or movie.
