Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Synopsis:

Christopher Lloyd ("Back to the Future") Guest-Stars

When Jimmy and Sabrina decide to buy a new car that will be safer for Hope, they discover that Jimmy has a rock-bottom credit score that dates back to when he was a child. Burt and Virginia confess that they had maxed out a credit card in Jimmy's name, and plead with their bank representative Dennis (guest star Lloyd) to clear his debt, even if it means giving up their new DeLorean in the all-new "Credit Where Credit is Due" episode of RAISING HOPE airing Tuesday, Jan. 8 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (HOP-311) (TV-14 L, V)

Awesome ending to a pretty good episode.

The only thing missing was Lloyd screaming "88 miles per hour!"

When you saw the silhouetted cowboy in the last few minutes, how many of you were expecting a Michael J. Fox cameo?

That was good.

I enjoyed Lloyd's gasp into the camera a la BttF.

Loved the gullwing front door that Burt installed.

guilty

Dillahunt and Plimpton

"We could have easily slashed thru that new card with our fancy new knives that effortlessly cut through that tomato..." I like how this show continues to mine and uncover the many ways Virginia and Burt screwed young Jimmy.

Along with Tina's T2 influenced nightmare on Bob's Burgers, I am loving these nods to past scifi/thriller films on my favorite FOX comedies this week.

Loved all of the Earl references - one legged girl working at the bank - someone parked in the handicapped spot.

What a fun episode, this is what everyone would do if they bought a delorean. Loved how they worked lots of back to the future references into this episode.

I hope it comes back, watching this makes me miss Earl, and I hope we don't lose this show too.

Three things work in Raising Hope's favor over Earl:

1) Earl and Hope are both FOX based shows. But Earl aired on NBC while Hope airs on FOX. FOX has more incentive to keep the show going than NBC did. It will get a 4th season without a doubt.

2) Raising Hope isn't the lowest rated comedy on FOX. Ben And Kate will likely be canceled, and a new show will get the slot between Hope and New Girl.

3) Bob Costas doesn't have the same influence at FOX that he does at NBC. This is a joke from Go On this week, where it was said that Earl was canceled because Costas didn't like it.

At the end when Lloyd opened the door after pulling up at Howdy's, I can't believe they didn't have him exclaim "Great Scott!" Instead, they had him say something like "Oh my gosh."
