Is everybody dvr'ing this? Haha. This show is so off the rails crazy. I'm enjoying the ride. Nice to see our heroes (kit, Lana) making some headway.

Directed by Michael Lehmann. Ian McShane as a demented Santa. Neat.

This was the first time I remember the 'good guys' winning a little. Even if Sister Jude is a patient now.

Looks like Dylan McDermott will play the modern day Bloodyface next episode. Speaking with a shrink. And there's no connection to Season 1? For a second, I was confused and thought I was watching the same character from Season 1.

Five more episodes left. Should be fun.

That was a ton of horror loving fun!

I did not want it to end. Ian McShane was fantastic of course. The acting on this show is so top notch.

I have no idea at all how this is going to end, but cannot wait to find out.

Now, I am off to get some nice denture ornaments for my tree.

I also am very curious how they are going to tie the whole alien storyline into the mainframe of the asylum story.

I have been very impressed with the actress playing Sister Mary Eunice this season. She's stolen the show from Jessica Lange. For a minute I actually thought the Nazi doctor was going to do the right thing.

Couldn't agree more.
Lily Rabe is terrific....

Oh yeah she is.

Glad to see the aliens appear again. I guess I'm one of the few that find that storyline intriguing.

Man, I was LOLing at that earring story a little too much.

This show is awesome.

The only show better at the moment is Breaking Bad. But that will soon come to an end. American Horror Story has the potential to go on indefinetley. Not many shows have this ability to stay so fresh and original each season.

American Horror Story is this generation's "Twilight Zone".

with rear view nudity and graphic violence.

you have also to give the show some props to it's visual style/cinematography - something I've never seen this strong from cable tv.

While watching the latest episode, I was wondering about the budget. I was impressed that they had other nuns in the background. Seems like a huge cast, including extras.

Not sure if that says more about AHS or this generation.

Very clever the way they've swapped the hero and villain roles for the two 'Sisters' over these eight episodes.

I loved Sister Mary Eunice's comment about cheap toilet water from Woolworths.

Ian McShane was brilliant in that opening scene. What a great actor.

I thought it was a wonderful fake with the tree-topper star. It was set up so wonderfully that part of me knew it wouldn't go the way expected, but you just never know with this show...

I just finished watching episodes 2 to this one. I can't believe I'm liking the second season a bit more than the first. We'll have to see how it ends to be sure. And I was so happy when Sister Mary Eunice turned. She instantly became the most interesting character to me although Jessica Lange is tearing her role up! good show.
