My knowledge of taxis is limited, but how would one handle something like TAR?

If you have to take a cab somewhere and complete a task, would you pay the driver and hope he waits until you complete the task? Or would you get out of the cab, complete the task, and then pay him? If you did the latter, then would you leave your bags in the cab so you couldn't ditch without paying and hope the driver doesn't take with your stuff even without his fare?

The only times I've ever been in a taxi are while traveling, and then I've never had one wait for me while I did something.

Not that they would, but the Russian police could have jailed or fined the Rocker without his documentation: passport with visa and visa registration.

Still makes me wonder for countries like Russia that require a visa prior to entry, how producers arrange for that in advance.

I assume the show couldn't help them get their bags until they were eliminated. By that I mean they have a cameraman who has video of the cab driver's face and probably the license plate of the cab.
