Synopsis:

"Homecoming" - When Tessa returns to Chatswin after spending the summer in NYC with her grandmother, her burgeoning interest in her mom leaves George feeling threatened. In an effort to feel more connected to her mom's musical side, Tessa takes up the guitar and signs up to sing in the Fall Follies. Meanwhile, Noah decides he wants Carmen to come back and work for him, and he gets into an all out competition with Dallas over her, on the season premiere of "Suburgatory," WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 17 (9:31-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.


This show didn't seem to get alot of attention here last season. I guess it falls under the realm of good and consistent, but nothing really to talk about.

I thought there were quite a few really funny episodes last season. The highlight for me is Cheryl Hines. I think she's great.

I am glad its back, this has been the only show I really enjoyed from last season. I hope the Alicia Silverstone storyline is done and over with, it kind of fell flat for me towards the end of last season.

Me too. I don't know why they had a delayed premiere compared to the rest of the Wednesday night line up but better late than never!

They dispensed with her storyline almost immediately. I didn't mind her THAT much especially since that lead to Opus which gives Alan Tudyk's character more to do this season (hopefully the wife is gone - she was a drip).

I did NOT see Tessa's song coming! I wish I could find the whole song somewhere ("Pleasant Nightmare" by Alih Jey)...

That's basically it for me. This and The Middle are enjoyable, but not a lot to talk about.

Really like this show. Wish they would drop The Neighbors and put this in the 8:30 time slot
