Ed can be happy he beat out Reid tonight, but I would be ashamed to have fooled around with Jackyln. Sad to see Donna go, but her ego needs to be knocked down a bit.

I don't think Donna had an ego around the other contestants -- creative editing maybe? But she sure had one during the one-on-one interviews. We get it, you're 22 with a great body. Let me know how things are going when you're 35 and had a few kids.

I had to remind myself the show is heavily edited because what they showed of Donna seemed to portray a person who thinks conversations begin and end with her body. I hope she isn't mistaking guys "throwing themselves at her" as, "I love you and want to spend my life with you," as opposed to, "I want to ___ you -- and hopefully lose your number soon after."

It was a bit amusing watching Ed not lift a finger and still beat Reid. But my goodness how pathetic is that guy physically? I'm old enough to be his father and *I* could have pulled myself up that rope. So much for being physically fit and all the running he does. Time to pick up a dumbell (besides Jacyln -- just kidding).

Chris pretty muched screwed himself, if he doesnt win next week he will be gone. Jamie came across as desperate, clingy, and just sad this entire episode. That wont look good to any future dates back home.

I can't stand Chris' face -- what a total db. As a "Director of Sales" for some company in Chicago, he's gotta realize this can't be good for business, right?

The show could not have ended any better.

I was so happy that the payoff was worth it since I was kicking myself for watching this show.

So satisfying. Rachel was entitled, a lousy teammate and did little to earn the money. Reality show finales are almost always anti-climactic, refreshing to get something like this.

I wouldn't agree with that statement per se. Rachel did plenty to earn her way to the finals. With Stagliano.

But not at all with Nick. So of course he was absolutely right to make the choice he did and his reasoning behind it. The fact that they all think you HAVE to act honorably no matter what as well as their own personal theories on the popular clique always needing to be the ones to win are absolutely ridiculous.

But there's no way to not feel sorry for her. She totally got screwed over both ways. And she only deserved the one from Nick.

But I wonder why they glossed over the whole Ed/Jaclyn coupling. I mean she needs to have been called out over her own stupidity for falling for Ed, then he tells her he's really after another girl, and her response is "Well I still will sleep with him and want him. I don't care, my heart tells me what it wants" ridiculousness.

But no, they avoided that one. And the sequence running over the credits with EVERYONE saying how Nick had no chance was just GOLD!

Great finale... but I saw it coming a mile away. Last week's previews showed Rachel screaming at "somebody" backstage... you knew it was either Stagliano or Nick.

I bet Rachael comes back for next season, and she will be one of the first people to go, or no one will partner with her because she will try and do what nick did if she makes it to the finals.

I was thinking the exact same thing ! Except this time with a more satisfying ending since back on PH, Charla screwed over Dave and keep the money despite him carrying her for the whole season.

Now that Bachelor Pad allows "fans' on the show, maybe they can get some of the original Paradise Hotel cast for next season. Sure would be fun to see Crazy Toni again with her buldging eyes.
