Did they lose their fight coordinator when Kripke left? Fights the past couple seasons are just so awkward.

It was an okay episode. I also think I've changed my mind and am coming around to DJariya's viewpoint: I hope they just get back to fun one-off episodes next season. Not because that's what I want out of the show, but because I'd prefer that to the craptastic season-long stories they've been telling the past couple seasons.

It's too late in the game for that. I'd rather they just end it if they plan on going back to the pointless standalone episodes.

I wanted to like this episode but for me it was just Meh.. There really wasn't anything about it I liked. The stuff with Cas was just weird. I'll be happy with what ever fresh start we get next season. Cant be any worse than the way this season has gone.

I'll say it now. If Sera was still show runner next season I would not be back.

The way they brought Castiel back was a massive disappointment. They've turned one of their best characters into a shell of his former self. If I was the CW I would fire virtually the entire writing staff and start over again. Angels show up and get snuffed out by a Leviathan without any fight? The show needs to pull a Dallas and make the entire season-long plot about the Leviathans a dream.

Leviathans = lame
And OK he kills one angel and then the other one tries to do something and fails. They always seem to be able to "disappear" in the blink of an eye. You'd think that would have been what he'd do instead of standing there and getting killed.
And Meg kills the blond angel because none of the other angels were watching the demon in the room?

Still happy to have the show but it seems everything concerning the leviathans just brings it all down. I like the actor playing Dick though.

I actually thought this was the best episode of the season and sort of made me sad that the whole season wasn't more up to this caliber, I can't help but think that if Edlund was given the show runner job instead of Gemble we'd overall be in a lot better shape with this show.

Ugh, I can't stand the current Meg. Her delivery is horrible, and her face is absolutely gigantic, woof...

I have no idea why they thought bringing back that actress was a good idea. That character can be played by almost any female given its history.
