"Wow, over 75 replies, there must be a lot of good discussion going on here... oh wait, a third of the thread is people sarcastically repeating the same joke"

Considering that the show has been so weak lately I was surprised at the number of posts in this thread... but low and behold, most of the "posts" are just sarcastic replys to the same lame joke in the episode.

I'll pile on. I turned to my GF during the middle of the episode and said "man this is bad"
I guess the writers did what others here have been speculating about - they didn't know who would replace Michael, so they split the season up into thirds
1st: Robert California
2nd: Andy
3rd: I don't even know what her name is (nelly I think)
so I think we are stuck with her until the end of the season (F-that)
I think the writers are on cruise control, and don't realy care what the fans think. The writing is so disjointed (the office hates her, then follows every command she gives).
Oh and a meeting about erectile dysfunction - let the hilarity ensue.

The dude from the first Crash movie asked the guy from the Hangover if he had anything else to say then I started watching hockey. What did the guy say?!?!?
This thread is way funnier that the show.

Well, I was watching what I think was the week before episode, and about half way through, I stopped it, and deleted my season pass. Been watching since Episode 1.
It was nice to know ya, "The Office"!

I hate Ellie too, but not enough to drop the show. Angry Andy was awesome, though.

I agree with the previous sentiment that the "no; you're fired" meme is funnier than the episode that spawned it. And ain't that usually the case?

I don't know if it's been mentioned because it was so subtle, but I loved when Robert warned Andy not to say "No" or he'd be fired. When Robert asks Andy if he has anything to say, Andy very cleverly and subtly says.. "no."

If anyone mentions the conversation where Robert fires Andy for saying "no" again, they will be banned from the thread. So, does anyone else have anything to post about this episode?
Next: Hitler finds out Andy has been fired for saying "No."

Aside from the hilarious exchange between Robert California and Andy, I liked when Toby was asked a question and he said that H.R. is powerless.

Last night, there was an Office rerun on regular TV (Booze Cruise from Season 2). I found myself laughing out loud during much of the episode. It really made me miss what this show used to be.

Wow. I haven't seen this since December, and was looking forward to starting to catch up...but yikes. This sounds bad.
It already wasn't NEARLY as funny in the episodes I saw, and it sounds like this "Nellie" character really ruins it.
I knew continuing on without Michael Scott was a mistake. I wonder if there will be another season.
