Good episode and cannot wait until next season. Hope they can ride this wave of momentum. Had a feeling we would not lose too many actual characters.

T-Dawg was on his A game tonight. More than two lines of dialogue.
So I go on eBay to see if I can snag a decent price on a certain 1st appearance of a character in the Walking Dead comic and ............Over $400 and not even slabbed. Man I'm stupid last year. I could've had that Mint for around $50 and I balked at that price

Loved Michonne's introduction! It's awesome they included her 'pets'.

looked to me that the herd left the house alone after all that fighting. Perhaps they should have just shut the door and turned off the lights like Morgan did in season 1.

Maybe Lori will meet a guy with extensive body tattoos in the prison...

1. No one's complaining about not being able to see anything in the night shots? Can't be my tv. I've seen 300+ movies on it and watching tv shows on it for 7 years on it now and never had this problem except for night shots on the Walking Dead. And only some of the episodes.
The funny thing? When they show the night shots from the previous week at the beginning of the episode, I can see everything. When it gets to the night shots during the current show, I mostly just see a black screen.
2. The zombies are moving awfully fast for the dead... They shouldn't be able to keep up with a human on foot. Or a motorcycle.
3. Laurie is completely insane. Wasn't she basically telling Rick that Shane was dangerous and had to be "dealt with"? Why did she flip out so much when Rick killed Shane in self defense? Don't get me wrong, I love the show and the comics and all that, but this is completely irrational.

No issues with the lighting at night here. Haven't had any problems all season.

Are you serious?! Which one is it (spoiler if necessary). I have the single issues from 13-80ish, but didn't know about that particular price. It's time to cash in baby!

I could see everything fine during the night scenes
Thought the episode was great, the attack on the farm more than lived up to the hype I had in my mind. I especially liked the shot where the barn collapses in the background with the herd walking towards the camera.
On a side note, I find it funny how much this board hates the wives of main characters. Lori, Betty Draper, Schyklyure, there's probably more examples in the threads of the shows I don't watch.

ya the "re-cap" for last episode made the night shots look like they were under stadium lights, weird

Lori is a fucking idiot. My biggest wants for the season finale were for her and Carl to be gone. I knew it wouldn't happen, but I didn't expect to end up hating Lori twice as much.
Two things that pissed me off were:
1) The idiot (redshirt type?) driving the RV up to rescue Rick and Carl, and then just sitting there once they got on top. DRIVE THE FUCK AWAY.
2) Carl dropping the lighter into the barn to start the fire around the walkers. How about lighting something, and dropping that. What if the lighter had gone out before it hit lit the place up? Then you've got nothing. I know that one is a nitpick, but it was pretty stupid.

Re: the night scenes...
They're DEFINITELY doing something when showing the scenes from last week as opposed to the current episode.
We just watched the ending of last week's episode on our tv upstairs in SD. It wasn't as dark as the HD version. Then when they started this week's episode, when they showed the scenes from last week (i.e. the scene we just saw), it was WAY lighter.

for the record, I have no trouble seeing during the night scenes and notice no difference between the "previously on" and the actual show.

I know! Lori was awesome tonight. I wish my wife was that loving, supportive, and understanding! That's not even considering how fantastic of a mother she is. I agree, it's hilarious how much this board hates Lori.
