Synopsis:

Spoiler:
When a drunken Richard shows up at Hank's with no recollection of the previous night, Hank helps him backtrack and they wind up at the place of a stripper named Holly—who is holding an incriminating piece of evidence that belongs to Richard. Later, Holly turns up at Karen's door and Hank acts as if the intruder is his new girlfriend; and Becca gets upset when Holly shows interest in her boyfriend, Tyler.

I love this show. But one thing I hate is the way events from the previous event are often not carried through, and is simply swept under the carpet as if it never happened. Then they immediately go back to normal.

Spoiler:
Hank's daughter said some horrible things to him at the end of the episode, and Karen blamed it all on Hank when it wasn't his fault at all

But next week's preview looks like none of those things will carry through, and there will be little repercussions. It was still a good episode. But I hate that about this show.

Hank is seriously getting screwed this season by being the good guy.

Jesus... the stuff with Hank, Karen, Becca, and the stripper was painful to watch. That was the most squirm-inducing thing I've watched in a long time.

At least Runkle got him some.

By the way, as I was watching this, I thought the stripper looked like Drea de Matteo only a little chubbier. Then I saw the credits...

Luddington's scenes almost made up for the fact the we over halfway trough the season before seeing any boobs :)

This is my last year watching. It's really just spinning it's wheels and going absolutely nowhere.

This was a pretty good episode. ^ Disagree. I've been pleasantly surprised with this season so far. Mindless fun and more humorous than the past couple seasons.

I couldn't believe this episode. I mean, Becca's dumbass boyfriend figured out that Hank was covering for Bates, but Karen couldn't? Hank loves trashy women, but not trashy women, ya know? And their back story wasn't at all convincing. Then Bates comes in and asks why that woman is in his house. And Becca and Karen are clueless throughout? I also wonder if

Spoiler:
Becca's boyfriend tells Becca and\or Karen about it so that Hank will take his screenplay more seriously, thus letting Hank off the hook with his ex and daughter.

I hate when they make characters stupid. Karen was suspicious all the way through but just ignores all the clues? Either she's in denial or she's just plain retarded.

 Hilarious episode.

Drea de Matteo was hilarious as that fat trashy stripper. at her throwing Becca across the table. That was the highlight of the epsode for me.

It's interesting she looked she so flabby and out of shape in this episode, but she also appeared in an episode of Sons of Anarchy last season and she looked good.

:thumbsup: to Runkle finally getting some and lasting more than 1 minute.

Why does this show need to have some kind of end game? It's a mindless fun. The 30 minutes goes by so fast. Are you still pissed because of the T&A factor?

No, but it does have to have something interesting happen. It doesn't IMO.
I might watch next year if they kill off Hank, Karen or Becca - or even better, all three.

I thought the stripper stuff was kind of dumb, but still liked this episode overall. However, I cannot help but agree with Becca's viewpoint . I also don't think Karen and Becca are too dumb to figure out what happened, they just don't want to acknowledge it at this point.

Drea DeMatteo has really turned into a full figured woman over the years. Definitely looked the part.

Terrible episode. I've been loving this season so far, but this episode was the pits. The only saving grace was the fantastic nudity and Runkle's scenes. Everything about the stripper, Hank covering for Mangina (why? why?), and that whole bizarro charade of Hank pretending that was his girlfriend just fell flat on its face. It felt like they let the interns write the script this week. When the boyfriend all of a sudden becomes very wise and starts asking the questions that I was asking all along (like, why are you doing this, Hank?) I knew the episode was sunk and the writers even knew it. Just lame.

Next week looks like the mysterious absence of Samurai Apocalypse and his chick continues. Getting concerned about this season and hoping this meandering nothing of a not-even-entertaining episode doesn't indicate how the rest will go. The first half of this season has been great, so I'm hoping it gets its mojo back next week.

The nanny's boobs make up for all the flaws in this episode :hump:
