Re: The Celebrity Apprentice -- Season 5 Thread -- Sundays (NBC)

Did Aubrey say that she has done work for Fidel Castro???

This is my first season watching...were those final two from last season really that much better (raising more money, hard working) than any of the people on this season?

Also, from next week's preview it seems pretty obvious who gets fired based on where Trump was pointing and looking...unless it was a clip from another firing.

Their winnings are a little misleading. There were more fundraising tasks last season where the winning PM got to keep both teams' money.

So how do they milk 4(?) more hours out of this with only two people left? It seems like there is only one more challenge left. How is the winner usually decided?

Glad Lisa got cut. Started out the season as one of the few reasons I watched but she was just intolerable at the end. Also I'm surprised Trump didn't call her out. She goes on and on about not being manipulative following a task where she fucked with Teresa, and immediately following that statement she brags about using her emotions to her advantage. How are either of these things not manipulative?

I gotta say I can't stand Aubrey, but I think she absolutely belongs in the final two.

So did the previews for next week spoil the final two?

Spoiler:
Trump looks to his right which is where Clay was sitting when he said you're fired.

(Given that there is zero chance Aubrey will be fired) They played up the interview moment of Clay getting grilled about playing it safe, being project manager only twice. But what has Arsenio done? Hasn't he been the definition of playing it safe?

Re: The Celebrity Apprentice -- Season 5 Thread -- Sundays (NBC)

It would make sense for Trump to fire Clay because of the rivalry between Aubrey and Arsenio but but I still think Arsenio gets fired.

I thought the same thing.

Update: I just read that his tie is different in the preview clip so it's not a spoiler.

His purple tie is the same in all preview clips. The fact that they ran that clip probably means that the person he was point at won't be fired.

Aubrey is a no-name. I wouldn't be surprised to see Arsenio stay, even though the other two are obviously better.

Strange question that no one will probably have an answer for, but does anyone have a clue where one could find the black & grey dress Aubrey wore in the boardroom last week (and the intro this week)?

If you really wanted to know, you could try tweeting her.

BTW, if you didn't think she was an attention whore before, here's a picture of her in exam gown before her gyno exam

I followed her for about 2 weeks. It's just to much.

Was this the episode that Carolla came back for?

Based on how lost he seemed when Lisa was shopping for outfits, I can't imagine him winning at all.

This is Aubrey's to lose.

This is certainly Aubrey's to lose. Clay and Arsenio were certainly good worker bees but neither has gotten the TV time and edit that Aubrey has.

Was Teresa really fired since she returns to the show next week lol?

I hope George Takei comes back.

Glad to see Debbie return.

That Farook dude was a pimp with the red shoes and trying to impress Aubrey.

WOW. Can't believe who Trump fired. I thought that was person was a shoe in for the final 2.

Yeah, that was shocking, but I'm happy with the decision.

Wow, definite shocker. Didn't see that one coming at all.

Clay really is an unappreciative little bitch. Why doesn't Debbie just tell him to fuck off ?

 at the Magic Johnson goof up.

When Magic turned to the side, away from the camera, I almost lost it. Carolla wasn't kidding when he said his guys were fuck ups.

rotfl @ the Magic fuck up. Holy shit that was fucking hilarious.

Few random things:
Lisa donating to Clay was cool.
Penn's idea for the commercial was much better than any idea Clay had, and better than the 80s bit Arsenio has going.
I'm with Aubrey, I could have gone the rest of the season without hearing Debbie Gibson sing again.
Speaking of Aubrey, we couldn't get a single episode without her after being fired?

I can't disagree with any of that but I also agree with Clay. Two days and this cousin can't take 5 minutes to sketch something on a piece of paper and snap a picture with her phone? Fuck that, I wouldn't trust her either.

Could not disagree more. It was an asshole primadona move. She's on Arsenios's team and she's completely undermining him. Clay's charity is great, but donate to it outside the competition.
