The Runkle stuff was a gold mine.
I also liked the cop.

at the Mangina making it's triumphant comeback.It was a fun and silly episode. I loved Runkle crying in the backseat.

I seem to remember in the old days Runkle sometime was barely in an episode, if at all. I like his character, but the Runkle hijinks have gotten way way out of hand. The best use of him was that subplot with his hot secretary. Seems like in EVERY episode now, he's humiliated sexually, and often ends up running around naked and screaming. It's enough already, getting tired.
