Inbetweeners US Version - When ?

Anyone know when this show is supposed to air ?

Should be a laugh to see how far short it falls from the legendary UK version

Based on MTV's usual turn around time I've been expecting to hear an announcment about this series durring the summer with either a Fall 2012 or Winter 2013 launch. I initially thought it would air in the Spring to replace "Skins" but MTV has been moving slowly.
