Re: Your favorite new show of the Fall 2011 Season?
Cable:
Homeland by a landslide. Top notch drama with excellent performances and it will win many Emmys next year.
Strike Back on Cinemax, even though it premiered in August, is a close 2nd.
Network:
Revenge would be my top pick. Consistently good each week.
Once Upon a Time and surprisingly 2 Broke Girls would be a close 2nd.

The only Starz show that has gotten alot of comments is Spartacus only because it used to be posted on Netflix the next day (I assume alot of people here don't have Starz)

My favorite is a dead tie and were my least interested in (one the story summary had no interest to me and the other I didnt think it would transition into a good series)
Hell on Wheels and American Horror Story.
but this season has been good for me as theyres alot of shows i have been enjoying
Person of interest

Now that Modern Warfare 3 is out and college basketball is in full swing I don't even have time to watch all the shows currently in my rotation.

Okay I has to amend my picks a little.
Forgot about Strike Back on Cinemax. Even though it premiered in early August, it was by far the most badass new action serial drama of the season. Lots of sex and nudity and crazy kills each week. It was like 24 on Steroids times 2. I know only a few people in this forum commented in the weekly threads, but if any of you get a chance to check it out on Blu-Ray or DVD, I highly recommended it.

If I had Showtime I'd be watching Homeland. However, I will go with Beavis & Butthead. That show is actually funnier than when it was on the first time.

Homeland is by far the best new show of this season. If you're watching, you know it's not even a contest.
Boss comes in second.
On network television, I find Revenge to be the most consistently entertaining.
I'm also enjoying American Horror Story and Suburgatory.

Re: Your favorite new show of the Fall 2011 Season?
This is obviously based on how much I enjoy each show to rank them - not overall critical quality.
Wilfred is my overall pick for the 2011 season, but it started in the summer so I won't put it down in the list.
01. Revenge
02. The Secret Circle
03. Homeland
04. American Horror Story
I am three episodes behind on Boss. I had ever intention of giving it up since it was beginning to seriously bore me, but after hearing good things about the last episode - I am going to marathon it after the season (series?) finale.

I'm really enjoying 2 Broke Girls and Suburgatory. I'm also liking Grimm and Once Upon a Time. The jury is still out on Secret Circle, New Girl and Man Up! I think Man Up's going to get the axe soon anyway.
