Why were Drew and Hattie cuddling on the couch while waiting to watch Zeke's commercial? That was odd.

When a show starts doing stories about affairs and missing children, you better watch out.

Yeah. I thought that was a little odd too.

Hattie was right. They really overcompensate for Max's behavior. You can't just 100% of the time forgive his actions with the all-sweeping "Asperger's" excuse.

I really like how they are "maturing" Crosby slowly but surely. He would NEVER have been able to have that discussion with Jasmine at the beginning of the series.

I hope to heck they somehow keep Mark (Jason Ritter) on the show. He and Sarah are great together. Their last scene was phenomenal.

So I'm still confused about this "paper" Troy needs to sign. What rights does he have to the baby if they're not married? Surely Julia could have a judge dissolve any claim he was trying to make based on the blackmail/black market tactics he was attempting to use on Julia and Joel.

Is Drew even on this show any more? ;)

That was weird, wasn't it? I thought it was his girlfriend, for a second.

He needed a spanking, bad. By spanking, I mean a whooping.

Maybe they are from House Lannister and not House Braverman.

There shouldn't be any question that a father has rights to his offspring. Of course Zoe's boyfriend has rights to the baby. If she doesn't want the baby, she could sign away HER rights, but she can't sign away HIS. There are ways to deal with this, but he has rights. The leverage they have is Stock Boy wants nothing to do with the baby, and if he keeps his rights, he's responsible for actually providing for the baby. Proving extortion would be impossible, and still wouldn't deprive him of his rights. It'd just get him prosecuted for extortion.

exactly. Ultimately, he might have to submit to a paternity test if they're not married, but he has rights (if the paternity test shows him as the father).

The one thing I like about this show is that when they introduce stupid responses to situations (aka Christina's response to Adam telling her about Rachel) they don't drag it on for weeks and weeks. One episode later, they resolve the issue and move on.

Crosby has become the most mature person on this show.

Yup - you got it and it's one of the big reasons why I have always liked this show - they clean things up quick but...it's never pretty and the cast is just damn awesome - they make it so real.

Also, on the flipside, look at how long the Crosby Jasmine thing has been going on for.....but it still seems fresh.

Whew, maybe Rachel's going to get to stick around for a while longer...

Right, right. Crosby and Jasmine's story line is natural though and SHOULD drag out this long, again reinforcing your comment on how real it is.

They are very good about letting stories play out rather than rush everything like most shows do in order to have as much shit going on as possible. Everything flows so organically on this show.

I thought this was a really solid episode.

While Max is really grating, I thought the way everything played out worked. I thought Hattie losing it in front of him was really natural and IMO any older sister would probably react the same.

 The scene with Mark and Sarah were really well done. They have great chemistry. I know this is a short season, but I hope they stick together and if this show gets a 4th season that Ritter would become a regular and a permanent love interest for Graham's character.

BTW, did anyone notice the continuity error in the beginning with Jasmine and Crosby in bed? When Jasmine turned to wake up Crosby, she was wearing a grey tank top. After she got up and turned around, she had nothing on. I had to rewind that scene a few times to double check.

Why didn't they leave Max with Sarah? She could have taken him to the Musuem...her boyfriend is a Teacher.

Wasn't Sarah also dealing with babysitting the baby?

She raised two kids, I'm sure she could have handled it. Or John Ritter could have taken Max to the museum.

But Sarah didn't have to deal with an autistic kid... and you don't just pawn off your autistic kid to your sister-in-law's boyfriend.

Have you watched this show? Drew is pretty bad, and Amber has transformed into something unspeakable!
