There's also OnDemand for the premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Stars!) as well as some random channels, like Automotive On Demand, Find It On Demand, Journey TV On Demand, Movie Trailers On Demand, My Life On Demand, and (in my neck of the woods) Carolina On Demand. And of course, you have all the movies on demand, including a "less sucky than you might think" selection of free movies.

The list is slightly deceiving, however. For example, History HD OD only has a fraction of shows that the SD OD version does. I only watch Pawn Stars on OD (never live or DVR). History HD might have 1-3 episodes at a time, while the SD OD might have 6-8 episodes. Or 1 episode of American Restoration in HD and 4 in SD. And some networks are more consistent than others. HBO and AMC are pretty good about putting up new episodes of, say Entourage or Mad Men within a day of airing, while History and Discovery seem to take forever to put new episodes OD.

Looks like it does have Nick and CN. I don't think the Clone Wars are on-demand though.
