Every time I turn around, Genesis' "In Too Deep" pops into my head. Should be a good final 15.

I wish they had just caught Juice. Him not getting caught just means they can drag on this racist bs for the rest of the season.
But yeah, I thought it was a pretty good episode. I like the new Prospects too, especially the big guy.

I think the perfect series finale would be the clubhouse blowing up with everybody inside (including Otto...if only so I never have to see Kurt Sutter on TV again). Piney is the only one I have a bit of sympathy for at this point.

I actually thought it was a really good episode. I think the racist story is dumb, but the resolution of the stolen kilo storyline was at least pretty satisfying

I admittedly was fast forwarding by the time the end of the show rolled around. But am I correct that it ended with Jax beating the crap out of the blond? She was a bitch and pulled a gun, but in her defense, she was about to get jumped by a bunch of biker chicks. This season isn't doing a whole lot to make me like anybody in the Sons.
Although the transformation of the Doc into a hardcore biker chick has been well done.

I almost wonder if they shot that scene where they were talking about the "rules" recently and just inserted it in to the episode to kind of justify all the backlash on the stupidity of the race storyline.

The intriguing part to me was Unser putting the note on Tara's car seat. That's going to be interesting to see if the Sheriff then takes Unser's advice in protecting her or if Romeo has her offed. Maybe she is killed like Opie's 1st wife and Jax finds out that Clay was behind it and Jax blows up the clubhouse with all of them in it since he has no further reason to live.
That Tig feels guilt for abandoning his daughters to the tune of 12K to the crazy one could lead to him leaving to be closer to his kids. Lots of threads and I'm looking forward to see which ones are pulled.

I'm just curious how they will be able to keep this show going for seven seasons. The club seems like it might be in pretty sorry shape by the end of this year.

Seven seasons? Where did you hear that? Honestly, with the way things are going I really wouldn't be surprised if this year was the end.

Yeah, I also wanted the Juice storyline wrapped up instead of seeing it go all season (like the baby).
Biggest thing was seeing that Clay is willing to have Tara murdered. I'd love for Jax to find out about that (preferrably before it happens).

It's been known for a few years now that Kurt Sutter has a 7 season arc planned. But, that really depends on FX and ratings whether it lasts that long.

I'd say give it one more and end it.

Re: Sons of Anarchy -- "With an X" -- 10/11/11
Seems like they were laying the groundwork that Chibs has figured out (or at least strongly suspects) that Juice was behind the missing kilo. While the temporary resolution of the kilo was pretty cool... I'm not sure about the "we'll just leave the two guys we suspect stole a kilo alone with 29 more kilos and hope they give it back" plan.
Not liking Clay now potentially killing a 2nd club member's old lady (even if the first one was accidental)... does he not think Jax will figure it out? (or at least say Unser? or Gemma?) If he's planning to take out Tara, he pretty much has to take out Unser too. And even though Gemma has an interest in the letters not coming out, she's going to be OK with taking out Tara (or not suspect Clay was behind it if he doesn't tell her)? And Piney who put the clock on the revealing the letters? He gets killed too?
Not sure I'm following Clay's logic on how he's planning to bury the letters. Why doesn't he try to leverage Jax leaving the club for her being quiet? (while he already made a deal with Jax, he has to know that Jax is still unaware of the letters and could cut a separate deal with Tara) At that point he would only need to deal with Piney somehow (and it seems like he could do that by agreeing to get out of the drug business, which is all Piney wanted).
The Tig stuff seems like a complete throwaway side plot (unless the 12grand somehow gets him/the club in hot water). The only thing that was good for was the initial conversation:
"my kid just showed up"
"which one?
"the crazy one"
"which one?"
"Yeah I know"
Agree with aktick that Piney is pretty much the only likeable / sympathetic figure at this point. (and maybe Unser?)

I don't know if I'm going deaf in my old age or if never wearing earplugs to a concert, but last night as I watched the episode, when Gemma and Bobby Elvis were talking to Tig before he went over for lemonade I think it was, he said something in a low, what I think was unintelligible voice. Tig responded "Thanks", or something like that.

Why the fuck does Jax walk around like George Jefferson?
Seriously..I would love to see a side by side comparison of GJ and Jax coming out of that barn. It was ridiculous.

Especially considering the whole Zobel storyline from a couple seasons ago. Those guys were terrible racist skinheads to the Sons...so what's that make them? They get along fine with blacks when it comes to business. Just a really idiotic storyline.

I don't know why but I don't have a problem with the storyline. I like that they're giving Juice something to do.
I have a feeling that after all the blood shed over it they're going to have Clay say "It's no big deal. We wouldn't have cared."
