Where are you getting your facts from? Week 1 and 2 got identical ratings (3.1) Last night's episode got screwed in the ratings because baseball on FOX ran over almost 1 hour. The final ratings for last night won't be available until later today or Wednesday.

Through 4 episodes (Week 1 counted as 2 episodes), I think the show is still trying to figure out if it wants to be a serialized family science fiction adventure or a weekly procedural conflict of the week show.

It doesn't fill me with hope that Braga passed a script like this through.

Well, I agree with you there. For a really expensive limited 1st season run like this, Braga and Rene Echevarria should be really enforcing to their writers to get the best scripts out possible. People already have short enough attention spans and if something like this doesn't hit a home run right away, they will move on to something else.

Like I said before, I'm in until the season/series finale. Genre shows like this on network TV don't come around very often.

It's too bad this show decided to suck so bad by the third airing. I thought the pilot showed a lot of promise, but I think that was because I thought the future world was really interesting. This would be such a better show if we still had a character or two in the future so we could see what is happening in the dying world.

The ratings keep falling? This was only the 3rd episode..and it kept 100% of its premiere ratings in week 2.

He clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. But did we need multiple people to call him out on it?

I wasn't paying attention to baseball going into extra innings and had the DVR set for this show and House, and missed both.
TWC doesn't have Fox available OD, and was wondering if they may repeat either of these eps soon.
Otherwise what are some other options to catch up with them?

I got bumped on House. I watched on xBox Live via the Zune Marketplace. You can also download via iTunes or watch on Fox.com (8 day delay).

I have TWC and they just started to have FOX on demand.

Re: Terra Nova -- "What Remains" -- 10/10/11

It's now available on Hulu and will be re-aired Saturday at 9pm if there is no baseball.

Honestly, I wouldn't go out of my way to watch this episode. As I said in my comment earlier, this was easily the weakest episode and it's plot is self contained.

You are correct sir! Thanks for the heads up, they must have done that fairly recently because I was pretty sure i checked a couple weeks ago and no FOX.
As of right now they have this ep of Terra Nova available but not the newest House yet.

Ok, cool, thanks.
I'll probably check it out anyway though at some point.

There is simply too much maudlin family drama on the show for it to ever improve. Building this show around a nuclear family with plastic teen children was its deadly flaw. The scripts and relationships on it are clearly a throwback to an older era of television. I am amazed Fox greenlit this show.

As stated previously stated by many, this episode truly sucked. Other than some minor character background from the memory regression, this episode served absolutely no purpose.

Nickle is like catnip for dinosaurs, really? Really?!

Re: Terra Nova -- "What Remains" -- 10/10/11

The dad's jealousy put all of Terra Nova in danger when he beat up the guy for looking at his wife. And then telling her that she doesn't need the help of the HEAD SCIENCE GUY to fix the problem....because his love is magic and will give her the strength to hang on.

And they're glossing over that the son is turning into a pretty dangerous criminal all because he wants to get laid. Those kids watched their friends almost die because an illegal still...and here they are getting drunk again. Does nobody in the camp notice that the majority of the teens are toasted?

Terra Nova has been going for 5 years with hand picked people to restart humanity and they already have 2 separate factions at war, teen alcoholism, and a government keeping secrets from the people. Maybe people just suck?

And finally, Dad, she's 16...dating at least an 18 year old....maybe you wanna leave that door open when he 'visits'.
