I am really loving this show.

It's definitely fun. I know how they said they don't want it to become a "take someone different down every week" type of show but it works!

not bad..
Sort of a love/hate thing with me and the -take someone down every week- vibe. I would like to see some more involved set up or something but then again it's also sort of interesting trying to figure out just how her target is going to be crushed.. At least it's something different right now..

nice bait and switch in the previews for this ep too.. With the whole "how long did you think you could fool me!" line vs how it really played out.

I also wonder if the guy swinging the bat/club at the car is just grilled about how he can ONLY hit the windshield or it's just going to be $$$$$$$$$$$ they don't want to spend..

I liked this episode. I kind of felt bad for Victoria in the flashbacks.

It's still really early, so I'm sure they're attempting to strike a delicate balance between the serialization elements, which will alienate brand new viewers, and the procedural "take someone different down every week" aspect.

While attempting to build an audience for a new show this seems a prudent course to navigate for the moment.

Surely some additional mini-arcs will be incorporated, but we're only at episode 3. I have no issue waiting a bit before they decide to spread their wings and expand the canvas.

I think that the more this series unfolds, the more we will realize that Emily really isn't that much different from Victoria, she might possibly be worse.

Just finished this ep. Anyone else notice that Emily just shrugged nonchalantly when Nolan informed her she had ruined both the politician and his family? She's cold. :)

Love how cold Emily is.

Now I'm a bit conflicted about Victoria. In the flashbacks, she actually comes across as sympathetic. But then again, the present day Victoria is quite the Queen B.

Have we ever seen Amanda/Emily's biological mom in flashbacks, or gotten anything concerning what happened to her/how she died? I cannot help but wonder if we might get an Empire Strikes Back type twist concerning her and Victoria at some point. ;)

I like this soapy, revenge of the week show. No one dies (off screen) in these shows so I say that Amanda's father is still alive and pulling all the strings. Maybe he is the one who shoots her fiance at the beginning.

Just decided to start watching these on my DVR...WOW! This is the hands-down the best new show of the season. I almost deleted them without giving it a shot. I can't believe I haven't heard more about it.

JuryDuty, that sucks. I did, in fact, delete all my saved episodes without even watching 1. :-(
