Tivo and DirectTV?

Does anyone know when the new Tivo with DirectTV is suupose to come out? It seems to keep getting pushed back and pushed back. I've loved Tivo's interface, and have been waiting for it. Is it going to happen in 2011?

I gave up my TiVo back in January when I signed up for DirecTV. I don't really miss the TiVo. Heretical, I know... but the HR-24 is fine.
