The Bones spinoff, The Finder, got picked up. JJ Abrams new show Alcatraz also got picked up.

Also, The New Girl with Zooey Deschanel got picked up.

The Finder was a backdoor Pilot on an episode of Bones last month. It aired on April 21st.

I didn't even realize Zooey Deschanel was going to be in a new show, lol. I wonder how much her sister having a hit show on FOX helped her show in getting picked up.

I'm hoping The Chicago Code and Traffic Light both get renewed, but I'm not going to hold out hope. Honestly, I'm just glad Raising Hope and Bob's Burgers both got a second season; anything else is gravy.

Human Target S2 was suppose to be my 24 replacement, but it failed miserably. So much potential too. I will forever remember the name Matt Miller and avoid his shows.

Hopefully Chicago Code gets renewed.

I thought Breaking In was ok, but mostly feel sorry for Bret Harrison

Gave up on Human Target, it just wasn't the same show as season one. If that was a show not named Human Target I wouldn't have even have stuck around as long as I did.

About The Chicago Code getting axed too. But, I'm not super surprised. The ratings were never outstanding and FOX has very limited timeslots next season. Hopefully episode 13 ends with some closure.

Anytime I think of canceled shows anymore though, my mind is instantly drawn to Terriers. Of all the shows I've loved and lost, and there have been quite a few, that was the worst. So while I'll miss The Chicago Code, losing it is, comparatively speaking, not so bad.

Sucks for Ryan to have two shows canceled in the same season though.

Human Target...good riddance. I'm glad it's cancelled b/c now I can't talk myself into watching it just in case it got better. With how Fringe season 3 ended, maybe Mark Valley can go back there, unless it's too weird for Anna Torv.

I know, that was probably some of the most fun I've had watching television in a long time. A really unique and fun show, that would've faired much better on a cable network, like USA (characters welcome).

I could accept it's cancellation if they'd at least release the series to DVD, but who knows if that will ever happen.

So the Tim Minear curse continues. :lol: He worked on both Terriers and Chicago Code this season and both were axed.
