Parks and Rec, Modern Family, and Community are really the best 3 comedies going. 30 Rock was up there, but fell back a bit this season.

Just re-watched the episode and it was even better the second time. I love the story about how Eagleton was founded; a month or two after Pawnee was founded all the rich people left because of the smell, lol.

Leslie: "Do you remember what you said to me five years ago when Eagleton offered me that job, and I asked you for your advice?"
Ron: "Do whatever the hell you want. What do I care?" rotfl
Leslie: "Right, but then after...When I pressed you, what did you say?"

i COMPLETELY disagree with anyone who says the first season of "parks" isn't good. I was hooked from the very first episode- sure there were some awkward moments and unfunny storylines, but nearly every episode has been worth watching and surprisingly holds up on multiple viewings.

this episode was great, much much better than the previous episode. it's so nice seeing parker posey- she really is a genious at comic timing (see any of the christopher guest films). I had completely forgotten that her and Amy Poehler were friends (they filmed "Spring Breakdown" together- a pretty dumb direct to video comedy, but I loved it).

I also say that movie and I liked it a lot. Amy and Parker had great chemistry in that movie.

Local note:  Eagleton's affluence was likely based upon the Geist Reservoir area or possibly the cities of Carmel and Fishers -- all located in Hamilton county.

Duke has taken residence at Cozy's Bar in Eagleton, Indiana, playing monthly performances for packed, mature crowds.

As Duke always says, "Come love with me… and maybe we can walk through fire together."

I wish that sequence could have gone on forever. Pure awesome sauce.
