I did not like this show much last fall and with the long break thought it would be dead for the second half. Since the show came back, it has been much more interesting.

Not sure why I care, but......

I was thinking about the plotlines on this show, and I can't remember a lot of it. So was it the Sentinels who were forcing whatever his name is (Leila's Dad, "Michael"?) to crash the plane into the president at the beginning of the series? Then Sophia created or Thomas created the portal that took the plane to Arizona, or wherever?

By the way, I'm looking forward to a show in which a main character is shot when someone orders the main character to be killed (instead of a slow but easily rescuable demise like a house on fire) and I'm looking forward to a main character torturing someone who really knew nothing about the secret, nefarious plot. Keep in mind I have never seen 24, or the Wire, so maybe these things happen in other shows.....

I'm really enjoying this show since it came back, but am disappointed to see there's not much buzz about it anymore. I hope it doesn't die a slow death...

Speaking of which...

So the Sentinel orders Vicky killed, and in response his minions handcuff her to a table in a huge chateau and burn the entire building to the ground to kill her? :lol: I think if I were the mastermind villain, I'd have to have a talk with my minions about the efficiency of their clean-up methods.

when i watch these new crop of shows it just makes me appreciate the 24s and LOSTs of the recent past even more

THEY were actually ENTERTAINING, you'd be watching and wishing the hour lasted longer.. and you ACTUALLY LOOKED FORWARD TO THE NEXT EPISODE IN ANTICIPATION... many times you'd rewatch the shows in between eps cuz they were sooo go

when i watch these shits i be like... damn we're only 20 min in? seems like this shit been dragging on for hours... there is NO rewatchability factor and i'm not even a bit interested in the next episode... i'll watch if it is on, but i couldn't care less

just my 2cents

Perhaps he was already in on the plan. Not every scene needs to be spelled out and telegraphed for what's going to happen next.

Right, he could have said that so Vicky would think it.

Hal Holbrook had Michael fly the plane at the Miami compound because it wasn't time to reveal the aliens' existence and Thomas is the one who teleported the plane and infected the passengers.

Pretty good episode, love how matter of fact it was with the Sentinel shooting himself; Virginia Madsen looked very good.

I did not hear the operator say that -- and with that...Makes more sense to lock the phone than to disable the GPS. Television writing is in a sad state these days.

So the First Lady's story about her parents was BS, right? She will turn out to be a non-terrestrial...That's how they made it seem to me at least.

he was in the scene where Sofia was talking at the table in the house to all her underlings. he was there and had one or two lines.
