My wife has "enhanced" boobs (I hate the term fake since they are anything but) and they look extremely natural. Actually I wish they sat up a little more like so many enhanced ones do.
Boob jobs are getter better and better each day and if you have a surgeon that knows what they are doing, the girl has some boobs to work with in the first place, and they don't go too huge, you would be surprised at how many you would likely have trouble knowing if they are enhanced or not.

Knew that was coming, those are for my personal use only, everything I have is xxx rated and if she knew I posted them anywhere I would lose my "exclusive rights", all personal benefits would be forfeited.....at least for a period of time.
Sorry, you have to be one of the lucky ones that have seen them by chance or purposely in person, she doesn't flaunt them regularly like she used to when I met her.
