I'd say the show really started to jump the shark in its eighth season. The plots and storylines were starting to get a little silly and surreal at that point, and it was fairly obvious that the show's glory days were over and the quality was starting to wane.

Yeah, it's not like it was silly before he left.

I'd rather see "Steinfeld," starring the girl from True Grit.

I'm just surprised that Jerry hasn't tried to marry her yet.

Is there any reason to believe that a reunion show or something more is even a remote possibility? Last I read, all involved felt that they CYE "reunion" storyline was the closest thing to a reunion that was ever going to happen.

Truthfully as much as a reunion would be kind of cool I sort of am glad that it seems to have little to no chance at actually happening. Sure it would be fun seeing the characters again but these things hardly ever work out the way that people want them to. I think the Curb reunion worked great because we got to see them all interacting with each other only in a different environment than of the show but yet at the same time we also got a tease with a couple new scenes. I do think however that it would be cool if the actors would maybe come back to Curb as a whole again and maybe have some more interaction as themselves.
