I can't believe I'm the first one to comment on this. It's only been 10 hours, though.
I haven't watched this show since the wedding. I'm very much over it.
But I love me some [guest star redacted] so I'll be watching even if it's just a silent, 3-second part.

Yeah, I posted right after pinata242 did, and he didn't spoil anything?
But it's not as though you could have missed the thread dedicated to the guest start of tonight's episode if you browse the TV Forum regularly.

I don't think you need to spoil that Jobronie. Not to mention, if you do spoil it, people won't look and won't know and then might miss it, lol.

Awesome. That was much more than blink and you'll miss it though, lol.
I liked how Brent asked, "Any jobs there?" and Michael said, "Not right now." Then Brent replied with "Let me know."
Can't wait to hear speculation about David Brent applying for Michael Scott's job.
Michael hugging Brent after he said "That's what she said" was perfect.

Yeah, I'm not exactly enjoying what they're doing with Jim. Although I'll admit, I got a good laugh out of him ditching Andy to go kick rocks in the parking lot.
I thought they were continuing Jim just wasting time because he had reached the commission cap for the year, but I guess that's not what they're going for?
---
Creed talking about the Loch Ness Monster was great.
Nice to see Daryll give Andy a heads up and Andy get the win.
---
Overall a pretty meh episode. Probably the worst episode in an otherwise great season. It almost felt sort of like an afterthought.
The David Brent cameo at the beginning was great though. I can just imagine all of the people who haven't watched the show in a while, but tuned in for the cameo; if they watched the rest of the episode they'll have "support" for how this show isn't good anymore. Too bad the cameo wasn't put before last week's episode, which was much funnier.

I LOVED micheals reaction when David Brent said "Thats what she said"
Another great episode. I loved the stuff with Kevin and Creed. Great stuff.
I think it would be awesome if they had David Brent take Micheals place. That could be fun.

The cold open was well worth the price of admission. I loved it. Stopped there. Might be back as the season winds down, though.

"Where's your jet pack, Zuckerburg?"
Great episode. All three presentations were hilarious, and the Words with Friends stuff was fun. I just resigned a game of that with a coworker because I'm fairly sure he's cheating but maybe he has an Oscar around.

Loved seeing Gervais bring back his Holy Phuck character.
He spent a good 15 minutes one day annoying Karl Pilkington on one of his xfm radio shows doing different voices as: Holy Phuck, Gayvid Bent, and Tony the Right Queer Gay.
It was immature and brilliant.

Liked the opening, liked the Erin subplot. The seminar bit was verging on intolerable. Too bad they couldn't follow up a nice ep last week with one of comparable strength.
They're clearly trying to advance some of the ancillary characters to fill the void when Michael leaves, but ... ehh.
