Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) takes dangerous measures to help Mary Bartowski (guest star Linda Hamilton) bring down Alexei Volkoff (Timothy Dalton), as Chuck (Zachary Levi) worries that she may be getting in too deep. Sarah, though, must enlist the help of Chuck, Morgan (Joshua Gomez) and Casey (Adam Baldwin) to complete her undercover mission. Meanwhile, Ellie (Sarah Lancaster) and Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) are at odds over what to name the baby.

Interview with Yvonne about the proposal, upcoming episodes (tonights?) and a return of a guest star from season one.

Only on a show like Chuck can a woman wear something like a latex bodysuit with high heel stripper boots during a spy mission and no one bats an eye. rotfl

Next week:
Spoiler:
Looks like they wrote a conclusion before the back order came through.

Liked the episode tonight, but can't believe Chuck nearly ruined it again. (Would Volkoff have gone in the building to check on Casey if Chuck didn't need to be brought in, therefore eliminating the need for Casey to go out the window.)

Sarah was really hot tonight (not that I've ever thought she wasn't). I guess I am digging the new look after all.

She's one costume change away to appearing like her character from the video game Mass Effect 2.

Loved when everyone was looking at the Gobbler's victim photos and the responses were something like:

Chuck: "that's terrible"
Morgan: "that's awful"
Casey: "that's impressive"

They just need to add more volume to her hair (and Adam Baldwin needs to be in a Quarian body suit).

Well at least they are managing to keep the plot somewhat interesting with everyone "knowing" everyone else's true intentions. Even though Chuck had to face the gobbler, I think that Morgan is a tad more courageous for nailing John Casey's daughter.

enjoyed this episode alot... too bad they seemingly wrap up this "Sarah under cover" thing next week... personally, I could have done an entire season of it.

The part that bothers me is that Sarah has no real reason to go rogue. She's not doing it for money, she's not doing it because her government screwed her over... so why would Volkoff believe her?

This season has been a colossal letdown to me.

.

Yeah, I don't like that either. Volkoff is apparently a colossal moron.

Volkoff flat out stated he knew Sarah's turn wasn't for real, he's trying to turn her like he did Chuck's mom.

Yeah, they're certainly at least writing Volkoff so he's not an idiot. He knows it was a fake, but he still wants to play the situation to his advantage.

But isn't he based in Moscow? Amazing how everything seems to flow through L.A.

Oh, and obligatory drool over Yvonne. Yes, you need thigh high boots and a skintight leather catsuit on a covert mission. Damn.

Same here. I could use a few more episodes of this story line.

This season has been a colossal letdown to me.

I have grown increasingly tired of the tedious Volkoff storyline and Chuck's mother.

Sarah under cover doesn't seem like it was executed very well. It seems like it would have been better as a bigger arc in itself, but it seemed so rushed and sudden, and her interaction with the team in this episode kind of cheapens it when its so easy for her to still work with Casey and Chuck.

I liked the Grunka bit, and Jeff's dialogue with Ellie.

If this was Buffy/Angel, Casey would be so dead right now, or at least paralyzed for life.

Alex is so damn hot...those thighs...

Since Chuck has his girl that would be a great way to put a question mark on the relationship. I think the constant threat of cancellation changes the pace and story arcs.

Does this mean no more Linda Hamilton after this arc is over?
