Warehouse 13 -- "Secret Santa" -- 12/07/10
By djariya at 2010-12-07
Synopsis:
Spoiler:
This is episode 13 of Warehouse 13's 2nd season. However, episode 12 was the season finale. This is a standalone Holiday themed episode. Considering how episode 12 ended, there is a major continuity error with this episode so you can't really look at this as being an "official" episode.

Did anyone else watch this yet besides me and Fist of Doom?
Absolutely terrific Christmas episode. Loved the new Holiday themed opening credits/graphics. It was really weird seeing/hearing Paul Blackhorne with an American accent, but he was good as the grinch-type character.
Judd Hirsch was nice guest star as Artie's Dad. I love how Pete and Myka's brother and sister type bickering. The part where he told the WWI story to Blackthorne's kid was nice.
Claudia has had a few episodes this season where she was kind of annoying, but I loved her in this episode and basically the episode left me with a smile on my face. The end with everyone having Christmas dinner was a very nice touch! Good Job SyFy!! After a lackluster HG Wells arc, this was a good way to end the season.

FYI, in case you missed it, SyFY is re-airing this at least 7 times over the next week.

am I missing something, but who was that guy that was with Claudia the entire episode? I don't remember him in any previous W13 episodes AT ALL. Fun episode... kind of corny, but a nice little unexpected Christmas treat.

I got a laugh when Artie kissed Claudia's brother under that magical mistletoe and loved his reaction afterwards.

I thought this was a great holiday themed show and it brought the funny.
This mistletoe bit was good and I thought Claudia's gifts were funny.
"aww, shirts of the artifact that almost killed each of us!"
