Synopsis for "Fake Me Home Tonight"

Spoiler:
The pledges embark on a (mis)adventure to find a particular birthday gift for Stankowski. Meanwhile, Reno inches closer to Professor Larsen (Teri Polo); and Joel tries to create sparks with Christie even though they lack chemistry. Kevin Nealon and Fred Willard guest star.

Tonight's episode is 2 of 10

Not optimistic I will stay with this series, but I will at least give episode 2 a shot. Figure I will have at least this season thread for all of you.

The annoying thing about this series is that TBS doesn't do re-airs the same night later.

Bump

New episode tonight:

Episode 5 of 10

"Why Shant this Be Love"

Spoiler:
The Omega Sig boys gear up for an intramural flag-football tournament while feuding with the Zeta Rhos over a procession of pranks. Elsewhere, Joel works for the campus landscaping service, but he doesn't dig trying to balance his numerous commitments. D.L. Hughley and Michael McKean guest star.

I decided not to take on this show. But, a few of you appear to like it. So feel free to chime away.

I have been tempted to check this out. What would you guys compare it to in terms of style and quality?

It's okay.

The lead character is really annoying though. The fact he doesn't seem to want the hot brunette throwing herself at him is about the most unbelievable thing I've ever seen.

I really find myself liking the quirky misadventures of the 4 freshmen, and their days in the Omega Sig Fraternity. The main character is not my favorite but all in all I find myself relating to the guys and the memories they are creating. The comedy is great especially with actors like Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond), Tim Meadows (SNL), and Cheri Oteri (SNL) showing their faces.

I saw the pilot when the marketing company I work for picked up the campaign from the folks at Turner and I have not missed a chance to laugh. Since I am never free to catch Glory Daze on Tuesday nights, I have been catching up on TBS's site.

I've actually been enjoying this series a lot - although some episodes more than others. It's definitely in the realm of mindless fun (think "Greek" not "Felicity") but what saves it from being unmemorable was the 80's setting with the music, fashion and nostaliga. So far the best episode has to be the Father's Day episode.

It's alright. Good filler. If it got canceled, I wouldn't be terribly upset.
