Can't they just show episodes 12 and 13 back-to-back tonight and call it a day?

Very interesting title, indeed.

So I get Stal's bit at the end, but what was Jax's motivation for killing Salazar above taking down Hale?

I think they're going for a set up where Jax knows Clay having the PD in his pocket keeps the gun running going and keeps them in the heroin business. With the county deputies on the scene, he can bring the club back legit.

With that said, it's an idiotic plan on top of idiotic writing. They can't even say they cheated with Tara to have her not kill Salazar so he could rat on Hale in the end.

Since Tara didn't die, maybe Jax can just die next week. I'm still a bit irritated.

I did not see the reveal of Tig's reason for the hatred of Lem, coming

If they would pretend this stupid season never happened, i would happily watch a spin off of Gemma and Unser, walking the earth together and getting into adventures.

I'd only watch Gemma and Unser if they ran up on Dutch and Billings from The Shield in one ep.

There is a flashback waiting to happen . . . Tig, Kozik, a dog and a large jar of peanut butter.

The only thing I could think of was pure revenge for what he did to Tara. Maybe added bonus that the Mayans wanted him dead too, but it appeared to be just blind rage. And Hale actually did save them all there, so maybe that factored in? Doubt it, but who knows...

The thing with Tig was odd/funny, but I want Lem to stick around so I hope he does.

No it was fucking pathetic! Jesus what idiot thought that up?

I want Lem to stick around too, that way I might give season 4 a chance.

It may have been a good move to kill Salazar since he was such an unpredictable wild-card. Better to kill him now, and deal with Hale later.

Watch, the recording Salazar made with Hale will pop up next week.

A good episode in a vacuum but weak in context of the whole season. Tara keeps Salazar alive so that Jax can kill him, because he's the decider of the future of the club!

Heck, I'm just glad the club is back in Charming (and the title song has returned to normal).

That version of the theme song was the best part of the "trip to Ireland" episodes, imo. Whether that means the song is actually good or those episodes were just that fucking awful is open to interpretation. :)

You know this show has gotten bad when Stahl is the best part of the episode. I figured she was going to frame Salazar for murdering her partner when he ran out the back, but didn't see it tying into clearing Gemma's name like that. Although, doesn't her story seem just a little too convenient...gang members showing up and escaping undetected? Whatever, I've come to expect poor writing this season.

And yeah, Tara not being dead was a let down. Nice to see our "hero" give a guy his word he would let him live and then kill him seconds later. I'm with whoever said above that Jax sees it as an opportunity to have the local police replaced and get the Sons out of the gun/drug businesses. Still, they could've just had Tara kill him in self defense, but then what would they have done this episode?

Also, what the hell was with Tig and Lem and a dog? There wasn't really an explanation at all. I hope Lem sticks around though, he's a cool character.

I'm just thankful that we have one more episode and are done.

This whole season has been crap. I loved the first two.
