Synopsis:



Janet Montgomery (Entourage) and Indira Varma (Rome) are joining the cast/team in season 2. Varma is a series regular, while Montgomery is a recurring guest star.

I am soooo psyched for this. Probably the most fun action show from last season.

I can't wait. I was disappointed when we didn't get this in October, but time flew.

One complaint that I have about the commercials for this season are that they completely spoil the cliffhanger from the finale concerning It is a minor gripe, but I am still looking forward to more Human Target!

Here's a nice little read previewing the season. Matt Miller, the new showrunner, talks about the additions of Varma and Montgomery to the show. If your not familiar with Matt Miller, he was a writer/producer on Chuck and Las Vegas before joining Human Target.

Competition wise tonight it's going against:

ABC: The Middle/Better with you

CBS: Survivor


Survivor is going to win the timeslot hands down. But 2nd/3rd place is a tough call, The Middle has been doing really well lately and Better with you just gets the leftover viewers.

Regarding Emmanuelle Vaugier...I read an interview with her from August and she said there is a possibility that her character Emma Barnes could come back. Since it's mid-November now, they are probably pretty close to finishing up the original 13 episode order. I would say the only way she comes back is if the show gets the back 9 or more episodes.

Thrilled to see this back.

I'm reserving judgement on the added female characters as I don't think the show really needed them, and if they were going to add them then the obvious choices were Vaugier (as recurring) and Autumn Reeser as permanent.

Never cared to see this show, but I saw that Indira Varma was gonna come out and I had to see it! Glad to see shes a regular as Ill stick around for her. Id love a BF sale for Season 1 $10

I liked the way they ended the cliffhanger right off the bat, most season premieres try to stretch it for another episode. This approach allowed for possible newcomers to get on board quickly without much background explanation. My only concern is the need they apparently feel to add women to the team. Granted, both were good eye candy, but I don't see what they will bring; whatever it is I doubt it's women viewers.
