Was that ethical what they did to get that other lawyer to ask the wrong question? Seems like it skirts the lines of ethical behavior. But to be fair, I don't expect much ethical behavior from a defense attorney. :lol:

Ethical? Sure. It helped their client and it didn't hurt co-counsel's client. And they were not putting on a coordinated defense.
And as far as ethics generally go, the prosecutors are usually worse. :lol: |
