This episode cracked me up when it came to House/Wilson's scenes.

Can't believe that was Lane from Gilmore Girls playing the Peds doc trying for a spot on House's team.

This episode felt like a backdoor pilot for a moving new Fox drama about a career-minded 20-something raising her baby sister after their mother dies tragically. But the House/Wilson stuff was gold.

Yes, great ending.

House looks like Seargant Hatred from the Venture Bros. television series in the promo pic from the first post. How appropriate considering this was an episode focused on chidlren.

Yeah, what a great ending for such an entertaining episode.

Usually when the star hooks up with a costar, the show usually goes down. The writers have done a good job on it. I am enjoying this season a lot (probably because 13 is gone).

Great episode! So many great House and Wilson scenes in this that it felt like an episode from the show's earliest seasons.
