Control your Tivo Season Passes online
All together now: finally. TiVo's just announced a new online Season Pass Manager, allowing users to manage their season passes from the comfort of a browser -- you can add, edit, and delete passes, as well as transfer them between TiVo boxes on your account. (That ought to make upgrading to a new TiVo a million times easier, which has been one of our longstanding complaints.) The best part? Editing the priority list online means you don't have to sit and wait while your TiVo figures it all out -- you can move things around at will in the browser and it'll all get sorted out before the changes get sent to your box. Nice. Of course, TiVo is still way behind FiOS and Comcast when it comes to remote and mobile DVR management, but it's nice to see the company address one of the biggest pain points with the device. Now just hit us with a serious Premiere performance update, alright?

Finally is right.

Bah - not up yet.
A PR company should know better than to send this out with a link before it's live.

Re: Control your Tivo Season Passes online
I absolutely LOVE my TiVo. As long as they're they're, I plan to be using it. I can't imagine life without it.
But geez, they've got to innovate faster. The new tech (Apple TV, etc) hasn't yet dragged me from TiVo, but surely they could do a better job of staying at the front of the line.

Then I hope you have a Premiere. Anything else probably isn't going to get much, if anything, in the way of new features.
I was hoping to see Pandora and Hulu+ on my Series 3. Hulu+ doesn't sound like it'll happen, Pandora is iffy. Premiere has Pandora, Hulu+ is coming.

A friend has Premier and hates it... well that's not true. He loves the interface but says it runs like shit and wishes he never upgraded.
I'm still hoping for Hulu myself.

Your privacy level is being updated
It will take up to 24 hours before the change takes effect and you can use the Season Pass manager.

Someone else in my family has Premiere, but just thinks its ok. They hated the new interface though and reverted to the "classic" one.

Well, I just tried it and find it very slick to use. Moved one show from one TiVo to another and deleted a couple shows. Actually easier than using the physical box!

I believe the Premiere already had it, but Pandora is now available on TiVoHD/Series 3:

TiVo is officially entering the iTunes marketplace.
Unfortunately it's iPad only and only works with TiVo Premier boxes.
