Will they have an even longer "previously on" then last week? How many more "shady" characters will they introduce this week?
I sort of like the show but it's just to dense and a bit boring to really keep my attention

Another slow burner tonight. It's beginning to put me to sleep, but for some reason I've stuck with it. Can't quite pinpoint the reason why though. Maybe it's time to jump ship.

Yes, it's dense and a slow burn to boot. The same somewhat disparaging adjectives keep popping up in this thread week to week. Regardless, I don't find it particularly somnambulistic. I'm still in.

Haven't seen this ep yet, but wife and I are certainly fine with its slow, deliberate pace. Definitely a show for people with long attention spans. LOL.

I'm still in, but I really think it's too smart for me.
Fuck, I still don't know what the hell their job is and where they work

I am still liking it. The scenes with his team are my favorites and there interactions are interesting.
The story with the widow is the only things that seems pointless so far.

The scene where Will is in with his boss with the National Security Council was absolutely great. The boss's analogy about the tie and how you would prefer an unbiased opinion was brilliant.

I thought this was the best episode by far since you got to see a chance of what Will's team actually does along with how his organization gets funding from the government.
I'm hoping the slow burn is like Damages which had really great payoffs at the ends of Season 1 and Season 2. Hopefully they properly planned out the entire season/series and properly tying it in to Miranda Richardson's character instead of cobbling together an ending (like they did for the Monk finale).

Even though there wasn't any family drama/emotional problems in this episode, I'm done. I thought that the tie analogy was good, but that really isn't enough to convince me dedicate 50 minutes per week. There is slow-burn, and then there is forgetting to turn the oven on.
