Funny, I just emailed DTV on this last week and got this lame response:
"Please be advised that we do not offer AMC HD at this time, but we continue to have discussions with Rainbow Media, the owner of AMC, about adding the HD version of the channel. Stay tuned to directv.com/hd to keep up with the latest HD news." |

Same way I interpreted it. Not tomorrow...September 7th. Would be happy to be wrong. Would be even happier if they could catch up with Dish HD basic channels, too, but I know better.

which is explained in the last part of my statement, where i said there has been no testing of these channels yet, so it's almost a 0% chance they will show up tomorrow.

I avoid DBSTalk for the most part because of how childish everyone is, but just skimming through the HD anticipation thread, that Coca Cola Kid character might be the biggest internet douche I've seen in a long while. :lol: |

DirecTV just tweeted out the info confirming it. Unfortunately, it doesn't go live until next Friday. I was hoping it would on Wednesday since they do an re-air of Sunday's Breaking Bad. Oh well. 3 HD episodes is still better than none.
