This is starting tonight, the spinoff from the Bachelor and Bachelorette. Looks like its going be awesome in so many ways. This show is such an awesome idea after the first episode I hope they make more seasons. Tenley crying was a bit much after being cornered by Michelle. BUt I am glad she went home, she is insane. Very surprised how Wes and Craig M seemed like pretty normal guys when they werent being edited as the villians.

She was wacky back then too. Didn't she tell Jake she wouldn't kiss him unless she won the whole thing? You could tell then that she was the needy type. See looks like she went tanning and did the super orange spray tan Jersey Shore thing.

That Natalie chick sure was taking it hard when the guy was breaking up with her. Then the next episode teaser airs and she's taking her top off. Looks like she'll want to make out with all the other guys to get back at the guy who broke up with her. Anyone notice that one guy now goes by his last name Kovacs? |

Weatherman's name is Jonathan. The weatherman and Gia both screwed up on their dates. He shouldn't have taken Ashely on the date, and Gia should have given the rose to Craig. So the outsiders will probably start going home the next few eliminations.

After watching last night I still hope they bring this back next summer. They need to do a better job of not having couples already going into the game. The way they eliminated Nikki, Gwen, and Ashley at the beginning felt kind of unfair. Since the guys picked who they coupled with already playing the game. Season finale is next week.

Elizabeth is a slut and a dumbass. That whole conversation between her and the dude in bed, both pre- and post-screw, was gold. "Hey, wanna get naked, that'd be pretty cool. Don't you think that would be awesome?"

Wow, how horrible was last night's show?
First, the best game they could come up was tossing & catching water balloons? They need to hire employees who determine the games to be at least 1/100th creative as those geniuses at Survivor. Sure, they are restricted as to the space they could play in but water balloons??!! Those guys look like they are very athletically fit and could handle a physical challenge. Next, eliminate contestants without them actually having a sporting chance to stay in the game? Then change the rules midway thru the game.... now its a couples game. Finally, a Dancing With The Stars challenge next week. Really, what is the Bachelor franchise other than hoping some of its contestants receive enough noteriety and coverage by US Weekly to get invited to DWTS. |

I'm not a regular watcher of the Bachelor or the Bachlorette but I was intrigued by the premise of the Bachelor Pad and was hoping it would deliver along the lines of Paradise Hotel's season 1, a good trashy fun show with a great reality cast. Boy was I wrong after watching last night's episode. The spin the bottle to create a fake sense of drama was horrible ! Can the producers be even more obvious in their manipulation? You know exactly who the guys were going to pick. Of course, the girl's sent home last night and those from few weeks have no one to blame but themselves since from the beginning they had a chance to break up the couples and didn't.
Oh well it ends next week with the reunion show. Hopefully that'll be better. |

Since this is the first season of this show I hope they can work out the kinks if this comes back next year. Maybe come up with some better challenges, have a clear set of rules, and have an even number of men and women next time to avoid the crappy elimination like last night.

I also tuned into a few episodes hoping it would be like Paradise Hotel and was very disappointed. I also realized how long it's been since I watch a season....I didn't recognize any of the people except for Gwen.

Don't forget about the big DWTS / Bachelor Pad cross-functional promotion tonight!!! Can't wait to see these people dance for their prize -- cuz we all know that's how a bachelor rolls.
