Joshua Jackson and John Noble have promised that the upcoming season finale of Fringe is "the best hour of television" ever
i hope it is true though.

Jackson joked that no other programmes will be able to compete with the Fringe finale.
"This will actually be the last aired episode of television ever on television," he said. "They're simply going to stop. This [upfront presentation] is all a sham. They're not putting any of these shows on the air because our show is so good, they just can't top it... Just this episode, and never TV ever again. Television - done. You can throw them out after Thursday night - you won't be needing them ever again."

Last year's season finale destroyed the Lost season 5 finale, so I wouldn't be shocked with a repeat. I know they have it in them. 
Can't wait to see more of the BPRD version of the Fringe team.

i just assumed the double came over too
shit, turns out it was an infiltration

Excellent finale! I dunno why but it kept making me laugh when Bell actually referred to alternate Walter as Walternate and when Peter said he liked the brunette look of Olivia better.
She better stay that way for the rest of the series!

Crisis cover had Supergirl holding Superman.
Bloody Batman symbol cover was actually Death of Superman.
It was Red Lantern/Red Arrow instead of Green.
Dark Knight cover had a red cape, so it was Superman instead.
Couldn't make out the last one, but I think it was a Justice League thing.

Really disappointing final episode. The plot really went nowhere much in the alt universe and ended in a D grade daytime soap plot device that you saw coming a mile off.

fucking awesome. i didn't catch all the comic props, but i saw the red lantern one. so cool that they include shit like that.
i think bell should've seen the switch immediately. real olivia always calls him william. infiltrator olivia called him dr. bell. should've been the tip off.
i wonder how long they will keep this plot going next year. they could keep it up for a whole season if they wanted to.

Awesome 2 episodes, but the final "twist" was a joke and very obvious. Oh well, more alternate universe in season 3 now!

Yeah...even being obvious who cares? This most certainly means we're going to get a lot more alt universe in S3! They already planted the seeds with alt Charlie being on the outs with his current lot in life in the alt universe, so I'm sure that'll be Olivia's way out.

I really liked the finale. The switcheroo at the end didn't bother me at all. I'm so glad the show is coming back next season.
The comic covers were cool. I'd like to see a close up of the Justice League one to see who is in the alt universe JL.
Did anyone catch the Indiana Jones movie title on the theater after the grenade was thrown? I saw "Indiana Jones...", but didn't make out the last part.
